Michael Turner

Michael has comprehensive experience from working the consulting space, with over 13 years’ tenure at Oliver Wyman, before leaving his role as Partner and Head of the London office to join data analytics specialists Coalition Greenwich. It was there where he grew his passion for data-driven insights – and the role that fintech companies play in this.

Taking a leap into the fintech world, he now leads Validis’ mission to unlock the power of financial data for the accounting and FS sectors, and the small businesses they serve.

Andy Wardle

Andy has over 20 years’ of experience in technology across a wide range of sectors and companies.

Most recently he was instrumental in building a B2B2C platform in the gambling sector, disrupting legacy incumbents and winning large Lottery and Tier one customers across the globe.

Jeff Gramlich

Jeff joined the team after an impressive career in the US accounting industry.

Some of Jeff’s career highlights include serving as President of the Small Firm Services business unit at CCH and President of AccountantsWorld.

Mike Bowman

A global accounting tech expert, Mike’s focus is on supporting industry development of the data driven audit. He does this by guiding firms on their digital transformation journey through direct engagement and by building engagement and partnerships in the broader technology ecosystem.

He brings over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing – six specifically in the accounting sector.

Ronan O'Dea

Ronan is an experienced product leader with a passion for creating data-driven products that solve real problems for customers.

He’s led product strategy and innovation across financial services, with a focus on commercial lending and client experience, and more recently digital accounting transformation.

Ronan loves being at the forefront of technology innovation at Validis, and really focusing on value for customers every day.

Jonathan Goodwin

Jonathan is a data-driven operations leader with eight years’ experience running fintech operations across the UK, North America & APAC regions. He leads Validis’ implementation and customer service teams, who focus on delivering exceptional value to customers on a daily basis.

Jonathan loves being part of the technological innovation at Validis, and focuses on guiding teams and customers to efficient solutions that foster innovation.

Jamie Tulloch

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, and leadership, with a focus on driving financial performance and operational excellence in both the financial services and SaaS sectors.

He’s led finance teams in several sectors including FX, Capital Markets and more recently in B2B SAAS. In his role as Finance Director, Jamie leads the finance and HR teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Jamie consistently seeks innovative solutions that enhance business processes and support strategic objectives. His expertise in financial strategy, coupled with a hands-on leadership approach, enables him to deliver results that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.

Dea Jones

Dea brings over 20 years experience across client success, account management and product development. The depth of her experience within Tax & Accounting brings a new layer to our account management strategy,  with growth and revenue at the forefront.

Stéphane Besson

Stéphane has been driving growth and building teams in the Financial Services Industry for more than 25 years. He is working with several FinTechs as a chairman, board member, senior advisor and/or investor as well as with a few VC/PE firms on investment opportunities.

For 10 years, Stéphane was the CEO of Coalition Greenwich, a leader in benchmarking analytics to the financial service industry. Prior to this he spent 7 years at McKinsey and worked at BNP Paribas.

Stéphane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science and Executive Engineering from École des Mines de Paris.

Don Robert

Don currently serves as Chairman of the London Stock Exchange Group, the leading global financial markets infrastructure business. He is also Chair of Council of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Founder Partner of Corten Capital, a specialist information and software investment firm, and a Technology Advisor to the Bank of England.

Previously, Don was Chairman of Experian plc, a global information and analytics business, the position which he held from 2014 until July 2019. Prior to this he was Group Chief Executive Officer of Experian plc from 2005 to 2014. Don was also Non-Executive Director (and Senior Independent Director) at Compass Group plc, Non-Executive Director of the Court of Directors, Bank of England and Non-Executive Director at First Advantage Corp.

Don is a graduate of Oregon State University (Business Administration/Finance), a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University and an Honorary Group Captain, Royal Air Force.

Lindsey McMurray

Lindsey is the Managing Partner of Pollen Street Capital, which she founded in 2013 having previously led the team at RBS since 2005. Pollen Street Capital operates in the Financial Services sector. It has established lending businesses as well as built up portfolios of loan assets.

Lindsey is a non-executive director of Shawbrook Bank and several other Pollen Street Capital portfolio companies, and was previously a non-executive director of Banca Sistema, Arrow Global plc and Intermediate Capital Group.

Elio Vitucci

Elio joined the Validis board in 2020.

Elio enjoyed a long and impactful career with Experian, where he served as Global Managing Director of Decision Analytics, and more recently as founder and CEO of Experian MicroAnalytics.

Roy Hodson

Roy joined the Validis board in 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant and spent most of his executive career as an audit partner at PwC. He was also a member of PwC’s Supervisory Board, Chair of  the Audit & Risk Committee and non-executive member of PwC’s Deals Executive.

Roy is also a Director and Trustee of The Architectural Heritage Fund and chairs their Audit & Risk Committee. He also mentors at the School for Social Entrepreneurs in London.
