Roy joined the Validis board in 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant and spent most of his executive career as an audit partner at PwC. He was also a member of PwC’s Supervisory Board, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and non-executive member of PwC’s Deals Executive.
Roy is also a Director and Trustee of The Architectural Heritage Fund and chairs their Audit & Risk Committee. He also mentors at the School for Social Entrepreneurs in London.
