Period Viewing

Focus your attention on the task in hand.

Validis copies the entire history of nominal activity to provide the user with full analysis if necessary.

The user can specify which period of analysis results they wish to see, allowing them to focus their attention on only the period of time relevant to the task they are performing.

Whether you are engaged in month end accounts production, year end accounts production, audit or a due diligence exercise Validis has the flexibility to narrow down or expand the results period, depending on the level of insight needed.

Period Viewing options

The options for filtering the results are:

• Apply no period filtering and see all results
• Filter by the number of months the user wishes to see
• Filter the results using a selected date range

Setting the Viewing Period

The period the user wishes to view is set by using the simple filter that appears at the top of all analysis results. Using the drop down box the preferred viewing period can be set either for the specific analysis that is being reviewed, or to apply it across all results views.

Open the Viewing Period settings by clicking [edit]

 

Choose the Viewing Period option you want from the drop down box

 

Apply the Viewing Period
